Workshop #8
Spill Art
Resilience & reframing
The main theme is that everyone makes mistakes, but it teaches students how to fix whatever has happened instead of accepting defeat. Students will have a short time to create a simple piece of art, then will purposefully spill colored liquid on it to represent a mistake. The remainder of the time will be spent drawing on top of the spill, to show that mistakes can not only be fixed, but can even make the situation better when handled correctly.
Peaceful HeArt™ pairs creative activity with a lesson intended to encourage reflection, connection, expression, or self-care.
